I have only written a T rated one-shot so far. I have some really good plot lines that include smut in mind but I am scared that my account will be suspended if I post them. I read them to.

I think adding this could be beneficial and inclusive to all, as well stop certain groups from being the "police" of everyone all because it says in the rules to report rule breakers- you don't need to actually do so, and it's ridiculous to have such notions.

I would like that FF removes this silly thing about no MA-Rated. Just have it that users under a certain age can't read it and that's it. That and I know people who do Adult theme stories but decent ones like Count Morningstar. That and I am sick and tired of Metal Navy, jerk. So I want the MA Rating please!

Free speech and writers creativity should be supported and encouraged unless the material is actually harmful or illegal (racism, pedo, etc). There's so much fear from authors posting on ff.net.

Writing is a sacred process. Being censored during and/or after trying to create something you see in your head and need to put into words makes it less about the story and more about the story police. Remember burning of books... deleting stories is just as bad. I didn't include my Penname for fear of being deleted for cause or not.

If sites likes like YouTube and Twitch now understand the need to allow people to post mature content with a warning label on it. Then a websites like FictionPress.com and FanFiction.net need to get with the times. Youtube forces people to rate their videos and even forces people to be logged into their account with an appropriately specified age attached. Twitch simply has a warning that indicates the channel is for mature audiences. Obviously this isn't that hard to do and in todays age, should be a given in any creative community.

I have been going to Fanfiction Net for years, found it to be a wonderful, easy to explore site with many-many stories to read. I only have one complaint about Fanfiction Net; it is far to restrictive. The way the administrators bully the writers, comply to our rigid orders or we will delete everything you've written and ban you with no real warning. I have seen this done. Many writers I love have stopped writing because of this. So many fanfics lost... I've cried over it; and I'm just a fan of these works, I'm not the one to breathe life into them... so... yes please give the writhers leave to write as they please as long as there are ' warnings ' and disclaimers at the top of the story clearly marked I cannot fathom why any of this is a problem aside from some people being controlling A-holes.-- Christine'Marie&Sparrow p.s I've signed every petition I've come across to save the writers and their stories from needless hate.

Who cares if there is lemon in stories? If that is the writer's vision, who are the admin to go and take it down and report the writers? People should be free to write what they want no matter what. There should absolutely be an MA ration on fanfiction.net. I will boycott fanfiction.net until there is at least an MA rating.

I love to read these stories, but some of my favorite stories keep disappearing. You should create a MA rating and make it so only people who have accounts that verify they are over 18 can read or post them.

There's nothing wrong with lemons, smut or sexual situations. If this helps keep those jerks that like to harass people that write such then just put up a MA rating, it'd make things easy. Take power away from trolls and give responsibility to the readers.

I don't really see the difference between M and MA, both have to do with sex so what's the point then if it's not allowed

They should have it back, that and it would suck if you work so hard on a chapter of a story you write then its suddenly taken down because of content because some people refuse or ignore warnings.
