Now Loughborough Centre CLOSING! Leicester Deaf Centre will CLOSE if we do nothing! We need a new chief executive with the belief that the centre can stay open. Decisions and management need to reflect the desire to stay open. At the minute, looks like every decision is moving one step closer to closing Leicester centre. Loughborough Deaf Centre is home to 7, YES SEVEN, groups. There is lots of secrets about the Loughborough Centre. We are told that £300,000 worth of repairs are needed. But in Leicester Mercury, we read only £2,000. We need proof of £300,000. Deaf mission has existed for over 100 YEARS! We cannot allow for both buildings to close.
