Marijuana need s to be legalized and with this would help if not solve so many problems we struggle with as a Country. It would mot over populate Jails and prisons, A lot of people are arrested which ruins their contributions to our Economy, the money we would save Immediately with operating cost of jails and prisons. This is not to mention the 12 million dollars Colorado made in just one month!!! I see absolutely no down side to legalizing right away and reap all the many benefits!!!
