I would love to have a Hedgehog here... I’m from Mexico and I moved out to California 2 years ago .. I had a Hedgehog but I couldn’t bring him with me

I have horrible allergies and I've been wanting a pet for the longest time! I am even allergic to the FRICKEN water and a bit of alge. I visited my friend in Texas and she has 3 hedgehogs and it was basically love at first sight. I am a college student that plans on staying in California for years but I long to have a pet and have never been able to have one. I was basically a bubble baby and I would never abandon any animal (if I could have any animal), out into the wild or on somebody else. Dear God, this is so frustrating

That's absolutely no reason these should be illegal. They're balls of joy with so much love to give.
