Please define TNR as legal in Prince William County. I have participated in TNR programs in Virginia and have seen great progress in the 10 years I have participated. I had a colony for 7 years and brought almost all my cats in for adoption but it took a while. Without TNR there would have been a lot more cats suffering. Some of the businesses in the area chose to keep two of the cats for pest control. Programs like TNR do work.

TNR is a win-win for the county, communities, and the cats. It would resolve so many problems.

The county needs the TNR program. The state code says cats are the property of the state, therefore they are not trespassing. I have trapped a lot with the TNF program in FaiRFax County.

I perform TNR in Fairfax County. Please legalize it! It’s a humane effort that prevents needless suffering.
