Cat overpopulation is a problem for the cats and the neighborhoods, where they can spread disease.

I had a sudden explosion of cats show up on my back porch a little over a year ago. If not for the help of very kind people that work for an organization that preforms TNR I don’t know what I would have done! TNR needs to be passed in Prince William County immediately !!!!!!

This needs to be legal and allowed in EVERY State! I used to live in Woodbridge, the number of dumped cats reproducing was insane!

TNR is a fantastic way to control the cat population in Prince William Country. I'm surprised the county has not instituted this year's and years ago.

There are many cat colonies in Virginia. Too many to count. We need to reduce the number of unwanted feral cats by neutering as many as possible.

Please legalize this. It saves lives and unnecessary suffering, if feral cat colonies are monitored, fed and, most important, spayed and neutered.
