I want it to be legalize, to help not just me but people who are have probation and probation fees that are ridiculous for a gram of weed and it hurts us from getting jobs because of a misdemeanor on our records.

It helps 100% with pain! I'm suffering from fibermyalgia and a few other issues. Legalize it, tax it and by time all 50 states do so we may as a country get out of debt

I'm looking at a year in jail over 2 roaches, which is a misdeamnor in Murfreesboro, TN. I could lose everything. I do not have any priors & this is my only offense as an adult. People really need to know How messed up this is. I'm a caregiver for both my mom & dad, I also have an 8 year old & the thought of being taken away from them over 2 roaches is sad & scares me to DEATH. Again Ive never been to jail & I'm facing a year. Please sign this. We have to be the voice for others who cannot defend themselves!

I have been a recreational marijuana user for 2 decades. And have never once harmed a single person while doing so.

If you pay your bills, take care of family, pay taxes. Why can't I smoke legal weed? Plus all the money the state would get in taxes!

Tax marijuana , then we can move forward with helping people that want it and need it. I would rather see people stoned than drunk.

The only reason the government allows cigarettes and alcohol over marijuana is that they can't tax private transactions which is a lot more frequent with weed due to crime rings. You don't hear of the cartels trafficking Marlborough or cans of beer because people are more likely to buy them from stores where as marijuana they wouldn't. It's just a matter of greediness in people.

compare marijuana benefits to alcohol benefits....now compare marijuana benefits to opiate benefits .... As a nation we should not have to sign petitions and beg for our representatives to do what not only is right, but to do what the people whom they represent want - it's time for major changes

If you can drink alcohol, which is a lot worse then marijuana, then you should be able to smoke pot.

I have been diagnosed with PTSD to where I've suffer from depression and would feel like everything was coming down on my shoulders. I am oringinally from california where my doctor pre scribe me this medicine to where it made things lighter in my life. Now I have been staying in Tennessee for over 5 months and I have almost compeletly went back to the same mind of frame since I've been diagnosed, I would appreciate if you would take more into action for our right. I dont drink liquor which cause more deaths by physical and mental, a road I dont want to take so thanks and have a great day.

I would rather smoke a natural plant for my chronic illnesses that take medicine/narcotics which all have negative side effects. I feel that all states should be equally the same. It might save lives from people getting addicted on drugs. The accidents on the highways are either just that "accidents", or they involve drugs & alcohol. People that smoke weed usually stay home and are very alert when out.
