This petition is to demonstrate support for the movement to legalize marijuana in Alberta. This will now be possible under the citizen-initiated referenda that the Wildrose Party will institute as leaders of Alberta. Many medical, law enforcement and public institutions have declared support for this movement, which will reduce black market income in Canada by upwards of $100 Billion per year, and allow people to enjoy a right that is currently illegal as a result of outdated rationale. If something is not wrong, it should not be illegal. Help to make the world a freer and happier place, thanks to the Wildrose. This petition will likely not be the final petition under the law, but it will set the wheels in motion.
