We are currently drafting a formal proposal to present to legislators so they understand the demand for Sunday access on private land. Contact your local representative today and tell them that private property rights should include the ability to hunt on weekends. Use the link below to find their office number and call them before the week ends.

Being able to hunt on Sundays would be an awesome addition to the hunting experience in Delaware. It would allow the people who work during the week another day, other than just Saturday, to hunt. This could use bring a lot of revenue for local businesses.

Private property hunting does not effect tourism, recreational activities, etc., as it would on public land. Taking wild game would continue conservation and population controls just one more day a week'

Sunday's have been counted in our aloted number of days to hunt waterfowl, deer, and all other game. It is only fair to allow us to hunt the Sunday's which count as a day aloted for these seasons. This change will allow people to work an entire week without having to miss work to hunt, which will add much needed revenue to our tax system.

I and many others like me support this petition. As veteran myself and for many others like me use hunting as part of therapy to relax our mind and body that suffer from PTSD. I just started hunting last season and I found this as good outlet for my injuries.
