Look, if food trucks are pulling business from Brick and Mortar restaurants, perhaps it's because the B&M restaurants just aren't very good. Having food trucks around will encourage them to improve the quality of their food, to be competitive. I thought this gov't was all about the free-market, anyways, judging by how you allowed all those "frat castles" to be built.

Now that I've been away from Bloomington for nearly a decade, living in Seattle and Portland which have vibrant street food truck scenes, I believe passionately that food trucks complement, rather than threatening brick-and-mortar restaurants -- and improve the quality of life for everyone. Food trucks would be a great addition to Bloomington. Please let them thrive.

The food trucks in this community are what make this a community. After 10 pm many restaurants in downtown bloomington close up shop and these entrepeneurs step in to fill that void. So many people that I know personally have created long lasting friendships and start ups through local street food. In fact a good portion of the taste of Bloomington's participants are the very people this legation are trying to shit down. Keep Bloomington, Bloomington.

So many people that I know personally have created long lasting friendships and start ups through local street food.
