Many times I needed a taxi and there was no way to get one... called many "taxi" numbers no answer, frustrating., yes I sign.

Rideshare is a necessary alternative to the transportation options that are available. Taxis and vans and busses are not enough and don't serve the needs of all the people. For instance, only rideshare provides door to door service

This type of service is greatly needed for our people and must be independent of the taxi cab commission.

When I visited the U.S. Virgin Islands, it was very hard to get around. Having some sort of ride sharing app where I know the price in advance and can see how long it will take to arrive would be super helpful.

We need better transportation for the people who live and work here. I can never get a taxi when I need to be picked up somewhere on STT. Take care of the residents and let the taxi that operates now work with tourists. That’s all they care about anyway. Especially here on STJ

Taxis are unreliable, varied unknown fees and only take cash. Rental cars aren’t always available during peak season. We need an alternative.
