This is awful light pollution & I dread to think of the effect on local residents & wildlife. Think there will be some road accidents too it's so distracting

It’s an eyesore; light pollution and you can’t even see what it’s advertising for the brightness. Shame a lovely 1920s painted wall advertisement was destroyed by a similar illuminated advertisement sign in early 2000s. Why don’t you commission an artist to create a nice piece of art for the wall that’s for the community rather than slyly pass planning through without consulting residents?

When driving along Garrett lane, this is incredibly dangerous - it was strobing/flashing and could cause an accident!

The tacky cluttering up and Americanisation of our once characterful & charming Victorian and Georgian street scapes. Shame on Wandsworth Council to reduce areas of our Borough into a level of tackiness especially when society wants less street furniture and less eyesores like these. Yet another distraction too for drivers to take their eye off the road and run into yet another of London’s pedestrians or cyclists. Is it not too much to ask for attractive streetscapes.

The photo really does not show how bright this is and how it lights up the whole of the end of the road and houses nearby. It can also be seen from quite a distance. Totally in the wrong place! Time for it to go.

If it's in breach of planning permission, then there should be no contest to have it removed.
