I love seeing the flag on the 2 peaks at Thunderbird and every other I've met has expressed similar support. It is not harming the environment in any way and greatly adds to the hiking experience.

Put the flag back up, and let's drill a hole in the middle of the marble bench to hold it!!!!!

Complete BS. If you can burn the flag as a freedom of expression right then you should damn well be allowed to display it for the same reason.

Leave the flag be. Exempt This stupid regulation. This is United States of America. Let us have the flag on the mountain. How ridiculous are things coming to anymore? Leave Tony and the flag alone.

I love my country. The tone is more important than the words. What positive attitude could be greater or represented better than by Tony. Use the gift God made in him to help the passion in our country heal and love ourselves again. Love this country above the blocks, restrictions, barriers, and misperception of rules that have been cemented in our path and take one swift action to relieve us of suffering. We ALL know the intention of this is helpful, make Tony's mission impactful. He's strong enough to carry it through. Give this to us, and we will be able to spread dreams again!

Let old glory fly! That is half the reason I climb the mountain.

This is beyond ridiculous. We are a nation that feels the strain of lack of patriotism and Freedom. The American Flag stands for US. Listen to what the people want....the veterans want.... It is very sad that this is what we spend our time on. LET THE FLAG STAY!

Parks and Rec need to be reminded who works for whom and stop picking and choosing which codes they will enforce or not. This is petty and the flags don't harm anything or anyone and serve the community. Leave the flags alone!

Our flag should be free to fly on top of Thunderbird mountain or any other mountain in the USA. Who in their right minds is banning these should really think about this. This is our country and what we stand for, Freedom!

I appreciate the flags and suggest the City of Glendale consider an amendment to policy that allows for at least one American flag on one of three peaks.
