Banning certain breeds is wrong. It is training and up bringing that is the problem. Instead of banning bylaws how about being proactive and require puppy training attendance?

You cannot punish one dog for something it cannot control. We cannot select our race, a dog cannot select its breed.

Tasha is her family and I can't even begin to think what would be going through my head if someone told me they were going to take away my family member. Picking on a dog for it's breed is outrageous. Let the dog continue its long and happy life!
