This dog was with this owner prior to the ban and thus the dog should be grandfathered. He is an old dog now and should be allowed to enjoy the rest of his life in peace with his family.

This makes me sick! I had pitbulls when I lived out west and they were the kindest, most gentle dogs with my kids. Get rid of the horrible owners who train them to be mean - not the defenseless dogs who can't stick up for themselves.
