My son is loving playing 7x7. Leave the format as it is, it works perfectly fine. As a parent I have no issue with the 7x7 format.

No need for under 7's to play 4x4 when the 7x7 method works fine. Start them young playing in the manner that they will continue to develop through. Our kids are playing 7x7 and it's being enjoyed by the players, the parents and the club.

This would set the kids back and confuse them. They are happy.

The young children playing the game are enjoying & learning the sport of rugby. Every week it is a pleasure to watch young people playing, socialising in their local rugby community. The game & the way it is played currently is how the children want to play it...this is what is important, I see no need to change this..

Please leave the boys to play 7v7. They enjoy the game too much to mess with it

Please leave rugby league for this age group as it is. My son is more confident while caring for his fellow team mates because of this great game.

The kids love it, they have good coaches, so leave them be,

New format requires more coaches / volunteers to facilitate it which clubs may struggle to provide, and it's not like we have a 'broken' junior RL picture currently so the risk of reducing participation levels seem too great to justify.

4v4 is great in training sessions but kids want to play 7v7 full contact . Maybe the RFL should cross the pennines and take a look at NWC U7's

Why would you not teach players from an early age the rules of the game and how to play it? Tig rugby is not the way the game is played or should be played. Tiggy it can be played on the school play ground. Rugby teaches skill and discipline and that will be lost. The game for youngsters is best the way it is and should be left the way it is. Do not change the numbers in the team or the style of play. This can only be detrimental to the game and its future. Teach them the game as it should be played and these kids will be the future of the game
