I grew up playing in these fields and I would like my children to be able to do the same, this area of natural beauty should be left alone.

Macclesfield has lots of areas of brownfield and derelict building. Why on earth use part of the most precious green belt for housing!?

Macclesfield is at a greater disadvantage by being the only town or parish in the whole of Cheshire East Council area to have no local council to look out for local interests. Those who live, work and own businesses in the town should not trust CEC to be the best guardian of their interests.
Redevelop the run down areas of the town.
There is no justification to use this beautiful green belt land. Use brown field.
why ruin places of beauty redevelope the run down ereas of the town
Use brownfield sites
Enjoyed by too many people to destroy.
Too lovely to spoil
leave it alone
GREEN BELT ......
Do the right thing and exploit the plentifull brown-field sites. No-one wants this greenbelt built on other than greedy developers. Shame on you.
