LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THE UNITED STATES MUST STOP ARRESTING BASED EXCLUSIVELY ON HEARSAY.

Many Americans have had their basic constitutional rights violated by Law Enforcement personnel that have lied under oath and have not been made responsible for their action.

Lying under oath is a felony and must bee prosecuted. This Petition has been created to send Law Enforcement, the Administration of Justice, and Congress a very strong message from the American People that this will no longer be tolerated.

The recent case of Mr. Ted Visner ( www.tedvisner.com ) who was unlawfully arrested and jailed for 8 days is just an example. The Affidavits presented to obtain the Search Warrants were all based on hearsay.

Mr. Visner never threatened anyone.

Mr. Visner did not have any explosives.

Mr. Visner has a case pending in Federal Court and an Automatic Stay in place that the Attorney General and Department of Justice are investigating.

It is unlawful in the United States to arrest a person based on hearsay.

AXJ MICHIGAN is creating a national petition to stop this once and for all and make all these Officers, lying under the colour of Law to convince Judges there is a "threat", when in reality there was no "threat" and they were the only ones that threatened, and did use, violence and force against an American Citizen.
