Defense attorneys for January 6 Defendants and the actual Defendants have seen the truth about January 6. But we can't share it with you. The American public is not allowed to see the 40,000+ hours of videos that Speaker Kevin McCarthy promised to release. Court protective orders have kept the truth from the American people. McCarthy finally started to allow Tucker Carlson to review some of the tapes. Tucker Carlson broadcast a few of the videos and then was immediately fired.

After Speaker McCarthy was removed as Speaker, Mike Johnson took over the position. He vowed to release the footage, and although a small amount of the footage began to be released, it has stalled.
What are they hiding? Well, we know, but you are not allowed to know. We have seen the fabricated evidence, the proof of innocence, and the lies told by the FBI and DOJ. But you are not allowed to see it.
We have seen the clear evidence, often video, that police officers are telling bald-faced lies, including about their injuries. We have seen the body-cam videos where Washington, D.C., MPD officers tell each other they are not injured, then they go on press conferences, news interviews, and committees, and whine and blubber like toddlers about being injured. Again, they are caught on video saying they were not injured. MDP officers are required to file reports immediately of any injuries. Those reports were never filed. Caught on body-cam video, one officer jokes about making a false report that protestors tried to grab his gun, and all the officers laugh. Then he broadcast that false report publicly. We have it on video.
You don't know about the threats to falsely accuse Donald Trump; the January 6ers bravely resisted. The Left tried to fabricate a conspiracy with Donald Trump when Joe Biden -- not Donald Trump -- called on Trump to tell the Proud Boys to "stand down." But it was Biden who mentioned the Proud Boys, not President Trump.
We have seen the fabricated plan for occupying 10 federal buildings on January 6, written by the U.S. Government and planted in the Proud Boys emails (in a proven frame job by the end). This Fedsurrection document was not written by any Proud Boy or January 6er. Undercover informants admit in communications that you haven't seen that they were watching the Proud Boys for months. Yet they found nothing. Not a hint of any conspiracy regarding the election or January 6. They found nothing to report. Informants tasked with watching the Proud Boys saw nothing they could report. Yet at trial, the prosecutors and FBI agents lied to the jury.
The FBI's LYNCS spreadsheet scandal is shocking. FBI agent Nicole Miller admits in communications within the FBI that they were ordered to destroy evidence. Incredibly, in the First Superseding Indictment, the Grand Jury indicted the Proud Boys on March 10, 2021 (ECF Dkt. 26) with conspiracy under 18 U.S.C. § 371. However, on February 1, 2022, the FBI is still trying to figure out if there is enough evidence for a conspiracy charge. So the Government charged the Proud Boys with conspiracy 11 months before they thought they had evidence to support a conspiracy charge. (The original indictment on March 3, 2021, at ECF Dkt. # 24 did not allege a conspiracy charge.) So the FBI was trying to figure out if they could prove a conspiracy charge 11 months after the Proud Boys were indicted for conspiracy. And the new evidence was the falsified plan written by the FBI referenced above.
It is time for these deep state scoundrels to face accountability, not hide in the shadows. But the damage continues as long as the public is still being lied to and the reputations of these patriots are continuing to be smeared day by day. Do you know that liars are still saying that police officers died on January 6? That is despicable.

In the interest of truth and honesty the forty thousand hours of video need to be released to the public. Recent news and events confirm this even if you have no interest in the hundreds of political prisoners that day spawned. Justice delayed is justice denied.
This footage was used to violate the Civil Rights of Americans for years. Every minute of this footage should have been made available to defense attorneys from the outset. There's no excuse for not having released it to the public more than 5 years later.
I am honored to sign this petition asking for what was promised LONG ago for American citizens. True transparency on the U. S. government's betrayal of peacefully protesting American citizens, our very own Tiannamen Square betrayal.
I, as an American citizen, demand that our Congress be transparent and release the footage of the January 6 "insurrection". Those responsible for misleading the country MUST be held accountable and brought to justice.
Should be a non issue, unless of course they have something to hide, which is more than obvious they do. Don’t let them use the “classified” or “this will damage security” excuses either. Those excuses are just made to obfuscate making ALL the footage available.
We require publishing all material related to the events of J6 to stop lies of Democrats and to bring Justice to the innocent victims of Biden’s regime!
I pray for the truth to be revealed. For justice to be served, the righteous to prevail and the deceivers to be held in derision.
