After finding out that Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner was going be presented the courage award it really bothered me that you could pass over someone such as Lauren Hill who has done so much more. Her story is the true definition of courage and she truly deserves this award.

This should be a No-Brainer, the courage that Lauren showed until her passing was extraordinary.
Bruce Jenner 's courage was a need for attention and fame. Lauren Hill's courage came from her heart. Fame was never part of her formula.
With all due respect to Jenner, Lauren Hill's courage was displayed on the field of competition and was an inspiration to so many.
Lauren is more deserving of this award, she fought cancer with courage and diginty
lauren hill moved an entire nation and even parts of the world with her fight against cancer. She is by far the biggest and most selfless hero I've witnessed. God bless her

Lauren Hill is the spirit of the Ashe award. She brought together a basketball, medical and nationwide community. She did this all knowing she had limited time left to live. There are so many other venues to parade the Jenner and kardasians around, and for Bruce to parade himself to the world. Does the Arthur Ashe award have to be a party to that?
