I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam but here we are and the momentum is actually palpable now. It feels like people are finally starting to see the absurdity of cramming all that density into the Laurel space when we have so much other room to think about. I am just spinning from how quickly this took off while I was busy trying to figure out the next step for the town hall.

traffic on laurel is already a nightmare. we dont need more apartments packed in there. listen to the people who live here!!
KEEP THE CHARACTER OF OUR TOWN. We moved here to get away from the big city sprawl. stop selling out to developers just to make a quick buck.
bad idea. the infrastructure cant handle it.
this is going to ruin the neighborhood look. lake forest is supposed to be quiet and quaint. please reconsider.
enough is enough. my commute is bad enough and the school buses are already struggling. NO MORE DENSE HOUSING.

why does the city council ignore what the residents actually want? stop destroying our community before its too late.
