I have requested a formal meeting with the city planning department to discuss the zoning restrictions currently prohibiting late night service. We are organizing a list of local business owners who support this proposal to present as evidence. I will provide a summary of the municipal response once that conversation concludes.

my friends and I are always starving after hitting pearl st and there is literally nowhere to go. would love a taco truck or something.
Boulder needs actual food choices after the bars dump out. Standing around waiting for an uber hungry is the worst.
Why is everything closed so early in this town. Its ridiculous.
bring the trucks downtown. let us eat!

Restaurants close at or before 10 pm downtown--let the food trucks feed the people late at night!
