Lansdowne Residents in opposition to Resort Adventure Project

I am opppsed to this project.

Not original plan location - residents deserve an explanation and voice - opposed. Put it back where you planned it!

As a Squirrel Ridge Place homeowner, I oppose this adventure park proposal.

I do not approve of the ropes course going in at this location.

Oppose this project!

Strongly opposed. It is inappropriate to locate this type of project so close to private homes.

I oppose this project, and do not want anymore traffic in the neighborhood. We have enough difficulty with residents speeding in the neighborhood. I do not think it is in the best interest for the residents of the neighborhood.

oppose Squirrel Ridge being used for public access.........this is a family neighborhood with lots of children

I strongly oppose this project and frankly find it rather suspicious that we are all just learning about this now.

I think that this project has way too many unknowns but the worst of it is the traffic that will be brought down Squirrel Ridge road. It is a cul-de-sac that is already busy enough and doesn't need anymore fast driving traffic placed on it.

Please do not allow this!

This is a terrible idea. I can't believe it's even being seriously considered.

I am opposed to this course being built so close to our neighborhood and visitors using our neighbor hood streets to get to this attraction! We have enough issues with speeding drivers through our neighborhood. We do not need to add more traffic to make thus problem worse!

1) The idea of the rope park along the edge of a golf course and at the edge of the back of several homes and increasing commercial traffic is a poor one at best. Clearly this only is in the interest of the Resort and they chose this specific site due to access and the ability to sell food at ridiculous prices at the half way house. 2) I find it more than laughable and actually infuriating that the GM actually had the gall to include in is letter that he is sending this email in the spirit of being "... a good neighbor". I do not know how long this GM has been there but he is giving the Resort and Golf Club a black eye. He has clearly demonstrated he is insincere and is not to be trusted. Welcome to the neighborhood. When do you move out?

I live on one of the affected streets. I am also a member of the Golf Club at Lansdowne. And I strongly oppose this project, because of the unwanted traffic (vehicles as well as pedestrians) that would result in my neighborhood. I feel that my peace, safety and security would be threatened.

I am opposed to this project if access to it would be via Lansdowne neighborhood streets.

Completely opposed to a commercial project of this type in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Not acceptable if the situation is as presented here. Too much traffic, noise, etc. Not sure it's even a good idea if it goes along the river.
