We live nearby and do not want a ropes course near the quiet golf course and public walking and bike trail. To turn the area into a commercial ropes course with the related noise, traffic and patrons, is not in line with the best use of the area for the community.

This is ill-conceived and needs to stop until fully vetted and investigated. These are private roads that are not for commerical use.

As a local Realtor, I can honestly say that this would have a significantly negative impact the resale value of any home on Squirrel Ridge.

Did the Resort even think about increase in traffic on Squirrel Ridge along with the unsupervised individuals coming into the neighborhood and driving/walking/biking on Squirrel Ridge... Nothing positive will come out of this use!

I absolutely oppose the proposed park. I am deeply concerned by the actions take by the resort to push such a poorly planned and communicated project through the approval process.

Under no circumstances do I approve of the proposed aerial adventure park and will do everything in my power to stop it.

I am completely opposed to the Resort Adventure Project, both as a member of Lansdowne Golf Club and as a home owner in Lansdowne on the Potomac.
The resort's lack of transparency in notifying residents and club members about details of the project as well as the overall clandestine nature of the project is offensive.
