I strongly oppose the construction near the residential homes and the use of the Squirrel Ridge for access. We just moved into Squirrel Ridge because we love the area a low traffic and don't want that disrupted.

I am opposed to the the rope course. It's offensive to have business establishments on both sides of our homes and families who have proposed unstable changes that are self-serving. Both are dishonest and trying to strong arm and manipulate details to get their plan approved. We are being impacted in a negative way by their years of poor choices. I vote NO in the best interest of our neighborhood, our families, and to give a voice to the protected land that gives safe habitats to so many amazing creatures and historical land.

This would be a disruption to an established community. The resort should only be aloud to use existing commercial pathways, not the community.

I am vehemently opposed to this proposal. This type of project does not belong in a residential community and goes against the principles established when the Lansdowne community was initially developed. It would be highly disruptive to the Lansdowne community, would negatively impact the appeal of Lansdowne, and would drive down home values. The additional traffic would not only be unwelcomed but it would also be a safety risk for the community.

A commercial entity such as this does not belong in a residential neighborhood. The access and placement of this ropes course would be disruptive to the residents and create an unsafe environment for the families living nearby. Should something like this receive approval, access must be provide through existing commercial areas and current buffer zones - areas provided to keep nonresidential from wandering through the community at will, must be adhered to. Please vote no on this project.

I strongly oppose this project. The neighborhood is not equipped to handle the increase in traffic that this project would cause. It will negatively impact the values of homes in the Lansdowne as well as the value of the golf experience. Doesn't seem very safe either with the intersection of the ropes course, golf carts and golf balls in the air. Bad idea! No wonder it has not been properly vetted with the community.

No support for this plan. Additional traffic and parking overflow into the neighborhood is not welcomed and poses a safety risk to Lansdowne residents.
