Thank you COA for your tireless efforts to clean up our neighborhood. It is appalling that anyone would question your quick response in the aftermath of Florence especially in light of the safety concerns for all. You’re the best!

100% support . We do hope there will be a post-storm review of what happened, what could have been done better, and what procedures need to be put in place for the future.

Thank you writing this letter. All you have to do is look at all the debris on the roads outside Landfall to see how fortunate we are.

We feel the assessment was fair based on the extraordinary amount of damage this community experienced. Everyone should pay their share and be thankful.

100% support. After all is quiet would like an explanation of why Landfall receives no financial assistance from the various govt agencies incl city/cty. My understanding is that Landfall is the largest property taxpayer in the city/cty.

The COA staff has worked tirelessly to take appropriate action to clean up the incredible amount of debris caused by hurricane Florence (everyone should view the multi-story debris pile that has accumulated behind the COA offices). We completely support and thank the COA board for the actions they have taken to address the issues created by hurricane Florence.

One of the many wonderful things about living in Landfall is knowing that we have a dedicated team taking care of our community. The response of the COA board and staff, after Florence, was truly remarkable. I am most appreciative of their dedication and hard work.

I am reminded every time I drive out of here what and extraordinary job the COA did as it will be months before ILM is cleaned up. I wish civil discourse was considered before the leep to legal action.

The comfort knowing the COA was on top of everything and caring for our community while we were away during the storm was priceless. Thank you so much for all you did to bring our neighborhood back to function and safety so quickly.

Thank you to the COA board and our wonderful staff for all the hard work they have done. Some of the staff slept on site so that they were available.

I support the opinions stated in this letter The coa board, and all of the staff have done, and continue to do an amazing job returning landfall to the beautiful place it was before the storm. That amount of work does not come free and i am in full support of the assesment to cover all the repair work. I was surprised it was as low as it was.

We are grateful for the quick and decisive action of the COA. In a very difficult situation, the right decisions were made in the best interest of our community resulting in restoration of personal safety and some semblance of regular order.
