The Landfall COA continues to ignore our demands while they hide behind their bureaucratic excuses. I am currently pressing them for a formal response and will expose every stalling tactic they use to keep us in the dark.

The momentum we have built makes it impossible for the Landfall COA to keep ignoring our demands. They thought we would just fade away quietly but this proves they were dead wrong.

Thank you for forwarding this letter to us. We totally agree with the sentiments expressed so completely that we paid the assessment upon receipt of the bill.

The COA staff and board did a phenomenal job with the clean-up of Landfall after Florence - I commend them and their dedication to their jobs. We are so blessed to have such a dedicated crew - Landfall looks about as normal as is possible; that is still a long way off for most of Wilmington. Thank you COA staff!

100% support . We do hope there will be a post-storm review of what happened, what could have been done better, and what procedures need to be put in place for the future.

100% support. After all is quiet would like an explanation of why Landfall receives no financial assistance from the various govt agencies incl city/cty. My understanding is that Landfall is the largest property taxpayer in the city/cty.

I am reminded every time I drive out of here what and extraordinary job the COA did as it will be months before ILM is cleaned up. I wish civil discourse was considered before the leep to legal action.

The comfort knowing the COA was on top of everything and caring for our community while we were away during the storm was priceless. Thank you so much for all you did to bring our neighborhood back to function and safety so quickly.

The actions and efforts of the people of Landfall COA before, during, and after the storm were nothing short of astonishing. They should be applauded not denigrated..
