The COA responded quickly to clean up an unbelievable amount of debris and help so many people living in Landfall. Thank you!

We think the CEO management and staff did a fabulous job in its foresight, diligence during the storm itself, and in the clean up effort afterward. Our sincere thanks to them. As part of the community everyone should expect to pay their share for the good service they provided.

I appreciate all that has been done and realize that without the foresight and planning before the storm, the cleanup would have taken much longer at a much greater expense. When we chose to live in this wonderful community, we knew we might at times be assessed for additional maintenance of common areas. I feel blessed to be able to live here. How can one complain complain about this after seeing the devastating loss that so many others outside suffered. Thank you to our staff, volunteer committee members, and all the workers.

Thanks to all those who planned and executed the cleanup. The additional assessment is very reasonable considering all the work done.

The planning, coordination, and execution of the clean up efforts in Landfall was outstanding and the COA Board, employees, and contractors are to be commended for their efforts in most trying times. You have our support and our gratitude 100% .

It is because of the quick response of the COA that we were able to return home. We applaud the efforts of the COA and all of the hard work they have put into our neighborhood....reality check may be in order for those who do not understand the magnitude of work that has been accomplished. It is unfortunate that the extraordinary COA efforts before, during and after the worst storm we have faced and the facts communicated to us all can still result in criticism/potential lawsuit.
