Help get clemency for two brothers wrongly convicted by an unethical prosecutor, supported by biased media coverage. The brothers were attacked by a crazed 3 times convicted felon who is on probation for the next 90 years. Your right to defend yourself and your family are seriously eroded if convictions such as this go unchallenged. Go to our web page and read the entire story- landeckfund.com. You too will be appalled at this miscarriage of justice. Stand up and be counted as one who is tired of seeing innocent people convicted because they protected themselves from the violent acts of others. This is happening all over our country and needs to be stopped before we are no longer safe in our neighborhoods, on our streets, or indeed our own homes.Join us in telling our courts that we are tired of them excusing the bad behavior of chronic offenders while exposing the innocent to their violent actions. We are at this point due to lack of $25,000 for an attorney to file for habeas corpus, even though he says the case has merit. Does our legal system only work for the wealthy? Please help us.
Todd was one of the first welcoming faces I met when I moved to Richmond. He is a kind, fun-loving man who protects those he cares about. The injustice that he is facing is appaulable. The moment the attacker struck first it should have become a matter of self defense. Todd is not an aggressive or malicious individual. He would not have struck back unless he felt his or his brothers life was in danger. There is not a malicious bone in his body.

This whole thing is a complete joke. They were just defending themselves. Our justice system is totally broken if this is how they treat normal people.
