I am a retired Lakota Schools teacher of 32 years. I find this case and the actions of the parties named in this suit, totally revolting! Violation of any sort is utterly inexcusable, and for the adult educators in charge of the safety of their students to act as describe in the petition is unforgivable. I believe these persons should be removed from their positions immediately! And furthermore, they should not be employed for any position relating to education.

These men should not be allowed to teach or be in charge of children. The damage down both physically and mentally to this young child will be with them the rest of their live. Our children deserve better!

My heart hurts for the victim and their family as we send our children to school in hopes they are not only cared for but protected by those we’re supposed to trust with our children ! Not only while in school hours for their academics but then to encourage them to try out and do sports / clubs / theater . Get them involved ! I’m astounded , disappointed and honestly just saddened that these people whom we entrust with OUR children would brush this all under the rug . This very well could’ve been avoided had they’d done their jobs ! I hope and pray for the victim’s family and all involved as this is very devastating and traumatic to ALL involved. The admins involved should be held accountable .

It’s hard for me to think that adults in authority can sit back and not do the right thing. You remove the bad apples so they can’t taint the rest!!

Sick and tired of people using their job positions as shields, I know exactly what happened in that gym room because something similar happened to me when I was a child, and I was unable to tell any of the school officials for this exact reason.

The leadership at Lakota has proven that the offender gets priority over the victim. They want to brush things under the rug, hope it blows over and lie to your face when confronted. I'm not to impressed with the school board either and this all needs addressed. We need to stand up for our children's safety and take out the trash. Both these men need removed from their positions!
