Agree with the petition. The Air conditioning has been always uneven in my house and causes lot of trouble.

Yes we have had same problems within our home and very disappointed in our air quality distribution in the rooms.

Very poor distribution of air. Some rooms regularly 5-10 degrees different than others. No dampers installed anywhere. No return air duct installed on lower level. Random ducts spliced off other ducts for no apparent reason rather than coming from main line.

Similar issues not enough return vents

HVAC company advised that there are not enough vents and air hoses in the attic. Also the unit does not support the square footage. Two units should have been installed.

Already called the tech 4 times in a new home within a year. Multiple issues. - no fresh air vent installed during HVAC setup. - few vents from downstairs give out no/ very less cold/hot air. - technician once visited for uneven heating issue messed up the system and the hot air did not stop at all. The temp was running 90+ whole night during winter.

Not enough returns in the house, causing pressure under doors and unbalanced heating and cooling. Across the home.

Evaporator coils replaced, drain ran over several times causing leaking through first floor ceiling into garage. Stains and mold. Uneven temperature. The closet the HVAC was installed in is to small to get anyone into to seal new evaporator coils and therefore the walls must be cut out to allow them access to coils. This was installed by AirTron and AirTron said they could not fix them without cutting the walls. All of this has resulted in significant expenses.

We had issues with water learning which caused water leaking into ceiling. Fixed couple of times last year but still happened again this year which cost me money every time this happens. We haven’t fixed the ceiling yet. Our home is lake view modal.
