Airton did a big mess. In winter , when the sensor made the trigger, both the heater and AC started running. At a point temperature went to 59degree in my home. Two home inspectors(at closing and at 1 year ) complained efficiency of the AC unit needs to be tuned. The supply and return difference they measured and it was 14 or 15 degrees. Where as they were expecting 20+ in the new homes. Airton gives the simple answer “inspectors are doing wrong thing” . FYI : they are certified inspectors. How come both will go wrong ? Scheduling: an appointment they give only after one month. So rude supervisor. Never accepts the problem his workers does. His workers does all mess, when we call Airton, Supervisor and his scheduling assistants threatens that they will charge for the visit.

Master bedroom is extremely hot compared to other rooms in he house. Also, capacitor on both units failed within 4 years of the house being built.

We have had non stop HVAC issues, all stemming from improper installation and unit sizing to cool the house.

Uneven distribution of heat. More heat in master bedroom and living room with high elevation was given only 2 vents to heat. Capacitor was replaced once with in the 2 year warranty period, which caused us to stay at hotel for a night.
