We had been having issues with AC ducts in regular intervals and the way AC is installed is erroneous. I bought a home in Greyhawk and did not face major issues. My address 762 philmont road frisco TX.

No clue if I’m involved but I was told that the builder did not think properly about how to set up my HVAC system. Sad to hear this stuff and hope the builders are held responsible.

Had the same problem 2018 AC unit failure checked warranty with company they said our unit was not registered with them after installation therefore lost warranty
All summer last year 2018 no cooling in the home as we could not afford this big expense.

Have had many HVAC issues and continue to have them. 2 of most imp issues I have
Issue 1 :
https://nextdoor.com/post/87819719?init_source=copy_link_share
My home is 2011 -Nov built by Landon homes (Not sure of model).I have my HVAC machine furnace at 2nd floor in a closet ( not in attic). Its making lot of noise when ever fan runs.I have checked with HVAC local Technician. He said HVAC machine is fine but issue is A/C intake vents. Air vents are located in a closed corner which makes tougher for air intake ,By very less Intake it is causing more noise from furnace. Its a Complete design blunder made by Landon homes. Some times it makes too much noise it’s getting tougher for some one sleeping upstairs
Issue 2 :

A/C heating Issue from Couple of Months back .Airtron guys came couple of times Figured out that there is some issue with dampers. But the real Problem is the dampers are not accessible because ducts were enclosed in wood and insulation in attic and to locate dampers they have cut into wood to access damper motors....

I have had multiple issues as soon as I positioned into my new home.. Airtron has visited multiple times for issues reported like water leakage, air leveling issues.. every time the technician came they identified missing items to install/repair.. like: damper missing, AC unit not leveled properly in attic...Zoning is not done properly etc.. I still have the Air level issues between the 1st and 2nd floors..
Observed uneven airflow and improper damper installation.. our units may have issues in future..
