Here we are again fighting for people who have done so much for us and meant so much to us for a very long time. Why remove someone who gives so much of themselves as a true representative of Lake Nona Country Club?

This club will go downhill fast without Charlie. Do the correct thing and bring him back.

Over the years we come to club less and less because there is no longer the familiar faces we are used to
Charlie has made so Many members feel special and without him it’s simply validation that Tavistock and LNcC does not value the true meaning and connectedness that drew is in the first place
Relationships and how members experience each other and the staff means everything to us
For a business entity not to recognize or value someone who has given entire career and life to it - is not an entity I feel good about

Charlie has been part of the Club since we joined (almost 20 years ago). He has been an amazing part of the lives of the members, our families, and the guests who visit. There is nothing he won’t do to make the Lake Nona experience better for everyone. Do the right thing and bring him back.

Please reconsider this decision. It is short- sighted and will certainly cost you more than you could possibly save.

Andy hope we see Charlie come back to LNGCC. His heart has always been with Tavistock and he knows all members and makes us feel at home. Especially in light of the ever changing staff at the club. Hope you and your family are well!

Heartbreaking to read that management would coldly announce firings at this crazy time. Disappointing that Senior staff member Charlie B..... beloved by so many long term and new members...... would be let go. Management needs to reconsider and bring Charlie back.

It seems the club is moving away from member services and I find it troubling that a guy like Charlie would be released and not promoted

Please reconsider your decision to dismiss Charlie. He has been one of the club’s greatest employees. Someone who goes beyond the call of duty for the members and is always happy to see us.

These staff changes do not represent Lake Nona Country Clubs needs in any way. Charlie Boesch is exactly what our current management needs to buffer management and provide the level of excellence we had when we initially joined the club. Without Charlie our voices are not heard. We have reluctantly accepted changes made in the past few years but this change is a mistake and we are asking that Charlie Boesch be reinstated immediately. For me, Lake Nona without Charlie is no longer Lake Nona. He is an integral part of the club's DNA, entwined since its beginning. My family has lived in Lake Nona since 1994 and we have known Charlie since we first moved here. Over the years, Charlie has always cared for his members and their families, knowing them on a very personal level - ours included. His ebullient demeanor has always been a welcome constant at the club, and I am terribly sad that his joyful smile and genuinely caring self will no longer greet us at the clubhouse. Please reconsider his dismissal as I fear the club will suffer terribly in his absence.
He’s a class act
