Let's finish this up!! We used to bike around the lake years ago, it has become too dangerous with speed and distracted drivers! Finish it!!

I was hit on my bike in dellwood near the golf course. The area is very dangerous. I am disappointed that Dellwood seems to only care about themselves with no regard to others. This is especially true of the golf course who keeps the dangerous condition at their driveway even though I was hit due to the setup by a golfer pulling into the golf course.

Long over due. Almost an embarrassment that this trail does not exist.

I currently skip this section on my bike because of safety concern but would love a Safe around the lake tour.

The importance of the Lake Links trail and the ability to safely enjoy biking, walking etc. around the lake is significant. My family and I use the other parts of the trail daily and it’s one of the things that not only allows us to enjoy more of the outdoors but it also brings the community together. I’ve met so many friends and neighbors while using this trail, it’s been such a great part of what makes the area special. Without the trail through Dellwood/244 we risk safety of our community and the opportunity to bring yet another piece of history to this community with the longest trail around a lake in Minnesota! The trail will invite people to our community and will help local businesses thrive as well. Please come together to get this project done, it would be a shame to not use the resources given to complete this project. Thank you! Kevin Gibson

I am the President of the Chilkoot Velo Cycling Club, based in Stillwater MN. This corridor would be extremely valuable for safe riding through that neighbourhood.

Now is the time for our public officials to quit passing the buck and get this done- more inaction will eventually mean no trail. That just isn’t acceptable.

As a former Mahtomedi City Council member and biking enthusiast, I have biked through Dellwood. An off-road trail is so critical to provide safe travel in the community and opportunities for residents to participate in healthy, physical activities. We need to get the trail done!

I wish I had this when I was a child. It would’ve made biking so much safer! I remember biking down highway 96 and being terrified by the traffic. This would be amazing for so many families.
