That corner lot perfectly fine like it is. There is to many stores an wat not up the road being built. Leave with little piece of normal living alone.

This is a residential neighborhood and too close for a commercial property, my concerns being safety, traffic, and noise.

Our whole subdivision only has two outlets and they are at the corner of Sandefur and lake Joy. The traffic there would be congested at best,

This is a neighborhood. This is not a commercial area. The increase in traffic will decrease the value of the entire area. There are kids all throughout the neighborhood and the increased traffic will be unsafe for them.

Against rezoning only to increase the property value for the owner. This is in our subdivision and don'w want the problems that come with commercial space right in our neighborhood.

We are against any commercial re-zoning beside our home! Not only would traffic increase but also property values would lower and possibility of increase in crime!!

NO to Rezoning! This property is next door to my home. I have two young boys, ages 7 and 3, and the thought of this property becoming a convenience store or any other commerical property is a terrifying prospect. I am worried about the increase in crime such a business would bring into our community.

I am against the rezoning. We do not want the increase in foot traffic through the neighborhood, the increase in litter or the decrease in property values.

This is a wonderful neighborhood with lots of young children. Re zoning would only turn this neighborhood into a negative area to live. I moved in this neighborhood six years ago for the reason of location and schools not with any intention of a gas station, daycare, or any other commercial business being built around the block!

We have plenty of C2 property within walking distance of our neighborhood. We do not need or require any "in" our backyard.

We have lived in this neighborhood for nearly 5 years, and though our back yard runs along Lake Joy, it has been a peaceful experience. We are fairly close to the lot that is being considered for rezoning and feel that it will greatly disturb the peace. I would also prefer that we not lose any property value and know that this will be the case if businesses open up on the edge of our neighborhood.
