I would like our town to remain small, so I am against having tall buildings in Ladner.

Harvey and his slant should not be allowed to simply develop whatever and whenever and however they want. This proposal is horrible and invades the integrity of South Delta. V

6 stories is much too high for the downtown area and it will spoil the village feel. Dead against it.

Six stories is to high for the village. As we know 6 stories is actually 7 stories when add the mechaical units on the roof, also the elevator room. Please keep Ladner at 4 stories, we dont want to be like Tsawwassen where their expantion is starting to get out of control. Ladner village is a special place and needs to be retained as such.

6 stories is too high, parking is an issue and Council should keep to a lower 4 story heritage design

I am not against development but given its location the proposal is oversized and out of character with the surrounding village.
