I think banning phones in the cafeteria at break and at lunch, is a mistake because that's when a lot of students check their messages or send one to their parents to organise lifts, or talk about plans. Due to the ban, this is no longer possible, so students end up doing it in class instead, which is also banned!

I already doubt the value of making every student bring a laptop to school but then combining this policy with no-tech zones makes even less sense. The top floor of the library should definitely only be left for IB students. It was an invaluable space for us to work

The school should have realized the possible outcomes of allowing every yes EVERY student in secondary to bring a laptop to school. Although not much can be done now, this is an obvious step in the wrong direction. The school took no criticism and as a result remain in denial about the entire situation. +With regards to the MMC second floor, since when should taking action based on a single students perspective be acceptable let alone justifiable? Prayers to the future students who will have to suffer under conditions that will probably continue to get worse, An innocent Year 13 student.

I have always despised how this school has focused just on grades. I am willing to take a stand on anything to try and stop the school screwing up over for everything.

Seriously, the upper level of the MMC is for students studying. Not for 8th graders who are playing flight simulator on Goggle earth.

As a Year 11, I was looking forward to having a restricted area to work in next year. Really dissappointed with these decisions that clearly were not discussed with the students.
