Biological sex matters. The reality of biological sex matters. For fairness, safety and dignity to all people. For the good of the whole of society, biological sex with a clear definition of (male) man and (female) woman must be protected.

Women need to be able to discuss issues which specifically affect them without the current approach by many of no-platforming and harassment.

This is pretty basic stuff. There are complex cases to deal with but the party (along with others, tbf) has lost sight of its key obligations to women as it seeks to benefit the few, not the many.

I am a lifelong Labour voter, trade unionist and feminist. The CLP has to put an end to the misogynist, transfascists who seek to silence women.

I am utterly dismayed that you have put your names to a policy that is anti women and mysogynistic. You are also following a policy of excluding pro women members. This is beyond belief. Until this situation is rectified, I cannot see any way for me to become a member of the Labour Party.

Sex based rights are part of law and should be upheld.
