I’m watching the conference video from 9/10/23 and feel very encouraged - makes me want to join.

Men cannot be women. Women should not be expected to accommodate men in our single sex spaces or compete against them in women’s category sports. We should not be reducing to being a sub category of our own sex.

For the first time in 55 Years, I was prepared to remove my support from the Labour Party over this issue. I was not alone in this. The change in policy has made my continued support possible.

In order to safeguard women & girls, sex should not be replaced by intangible gender identity. Self ID puts girls & women at risk - men do not identify out of male pattern offending & therefore men should not encroach on single sex spaces.

Being a woman is not feeling. It is a biological fact.

I do not understand how you support the theory that a person can change their sex. Also have you seen some of these men; it appears to be a sexual kink; not an identity. Please look into what is done, the harm that is likely to be done to children on the opposite sex hormones. Nightmare

Disappointed as a Labour voter in the past to see how much the party has abandoned women’s rights & children’s safety to trans activists.

I have voted Labour at every single opportunity since 1977. I will not do so again until ties to Stonewall are cut. Could somebody let me know if this happens please?

I'm afraid that Labour will not be getting my vote if they continue to support this madness. As an ordinary working class woman, I believe that the voice of the silent majority must and will be heard above the bullying and aggressive tactics that has become the norm in recent times.

Just to add, violent Sarah Jane Baker (formerly Alan) was sharing the London pride platform with 2 Labour MPs. One was Lloyd Russel-Moyle. The other Nadia Whittome. Photo of all 3 together on her twitter.

Labour is losing women voters because the mainstream Labour people are not protecting women in the most vulnerable situations and spaces. This feels like a betrayal of very basic values of fairness.

I've been in touch with my local Labour candidate ( Erewash, Derbyshire) and told him that women's rights as a sex class is the single most important issue to me. Unfortunately he believes that there are 6 sexes. Genuinely - he sent me a video. However to give him his due, he has been extremely respectful and does say that he supports respectful debate.

So many Labour-supporting women are too afraid to speak out and considering voting Conservative because of this issue. We can’t risk Conservatives getting back in.

Why this petition is necessary is extraordinary to me - the fact it is demonstrates the institutional misogyny endemic within the Labour Party
