Labour passed the Equality Act but now bullies women who want any debate about access to single sex spaces. Women can’t trust you

I am a lifelong Labour Support.... many decades voting only Labour but now ashamed of my party and the way Women ... adult human females ... are being treated. Now politically homeless.

Lifelong Labour voter, but currently disillusioned and despairing at the party's failure to stand up for women, including its own MPs, in the face of extreme misogyny and violent threats. Women should be able to discuss the potential threat to our rights, dignity and safety from self ID without being branded bigots. "Nothing about us without us".

The treatment of Rosie Duffield is a disgrace. Please put some grown-ups in charge so that I can vote Labour again.

Rosie has done nothing wrong and she is suffering horrifying bullying. It is time for Labour to actually support women: female people, and censure those taking part in these obscene misogynistic attacks.

I have always voted Labour but am disgusted at the direction they are going in with regards to sex-based rights, and the silencing of women, including Rosie Duffield, your own MP. Women are half the population, we work, we pay our taxes, care for the children and the elderly, and give birth to the nation’s people, teach the nation’s population. Why are we being treated like we don’t matter?

Quit it with the misogyny. Standing up to threats on women’s hard won rights is only framed as transphobic by simpletons, misogynists and the deeply ignorant.

I will not be able to continue voting Labour if the party disregards women's rightful concerns, allows the bullying of female MPs, and gives away our sex-based rights and protections without consultation or consent.

Was a member, used to organise and do ‘knocking-up’ for elections. Heartbroken to leave but resolute unless and until Labour women are allowed to care about women.

The abuse of women wanting to protect their rights must stop. Misogyny should be made a hate crime. Being pro woman is not being anti trans. The Labour Party are a misogynistic disgrace.

I joined Labour 4 years ago and haven’t renewed because of the misogynistic behaviour of some groups and members in the party.
