This petition asks for all food products that are vegan-friendly(products containing NO animal ingredients) be labeled. This would allow vegans to shop as easily as everyone else. Vegans could shop without searching through every ingredient of every product. There are hidden ingredients that contain animal products which many vegans are unaware of. This label would prevent vegans from accidentally purchasing a product counting an animal ingredient, and not realizing it until after they have eaten the product. The label should be placed in a distinct area. The design should be easily recognizable and clearly visible. An example of a label would be a \"V\" inscribed in a circle. This label could also apply at restaurants. Many times restaurants use the words \"veggie\" or \"vegetarian\" on a dish and contain animal product. This fools the vegan customer into eating it, not realizing it is NOT vegan. The label should be placed on the menu, next to the name of the vegan dish.
