I cannot understand how or why Persimmon Homes have been able to get away with this. The original planning agreement must be upheld and Babergh District Council should adopt all open spaces.

Delighted to drop both Remus and the responsibility of the estate management. It's partly what our council tax is for after all

Remus costs to us will only escalate if they get to manage the balance pond and wilderness areas. Please sign so we can demonstrate to the council that we are all in agreement to hand over the responsibility and liability to the Council as agreed when the planning permission was signed.
