The Kentucky Hemp Initiative (KHI) is working to reform hemp laws that prohibit growing hemp in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Progress is being made in Kentucky, as with other states in the US. The new Agriculture Commissioner in Kentucky is pro-hemp as are many, many business people, farmers and citizens. Our aim is to educate and dispell fear and misinformation around hemp and hemp farming and soon begin working on the many business opportunities that will become available. The law will still need revision at the federal level but if enough states are allied in the effort we can get this done. The USA is the only modern industrialized country that hasn't taken this smart and vital forward step. Please support the efforts of the KHI by signing this petition! Now is the time!
