Petition to review the current laws with respect to recreational beach access for dogs and horses in Kurnell.

Outrageous What are you thinking Sutherland shire council ??????

I'm a rate payer and I vote for council...I know who and what I will be voting for at the next council elections and it won't be for a council who does not listen to it's rate payers.

Horses on the beach have always been part of the Kurnell community. 60+ yrs ago we all had our horses on the beach and never any problems.

I think the horses should have a section of the beach like the off leash area for dogs Let dogs be allowed on the rest of the beaches on a leash time limite

obviously some do-Gooder has complained, again - horses have always been at kurnell and should be able to exercise on the beach - dogs are limited at Wanda to boat harbour by time limits - let people enjoy their pets and the outdoors - there are plenty of other recreational places in the shire for people who have the unfortunate life not to have a loving pet as part of their world - common sense please

We need to be able to take our dogs amd horses to a beach for exercise as well as recreation. The shire has more sports than footy, netball and soccer and yet doesn't cater for all. This is a way of helping others enjoy the space that is there for all.

Thank you & please let our beautiful Kurnell remain the same. Allowing dogs, horses on beach. We are a family based community, we will all stand by each other on this.

Please allow animals the right to access beach and other recreational areas.

I strongly agree that the current situation needs to be reviewed and the SSCouncil listens to the majority and allow leashed dogs and horses to access the majority of Silver Beach at Kurnell. I have lived in and walked dogs along the waterfront for 45years.

Dogs should be allowed to be on the beach

Please let our pets have the freedom of the beach environment providing the owners pick up after them it enables the people to enjoy the beauty while exercising

The shire was renowned for its freedom of public access with animals once. Stop the lockouts!

I’m sick of not being able take dog to beach! That’s why we moved to this area it was family friendly Ever since big development moved in going down hill

As a horse & dog owner it is paramount to have access to the beach for not only my animals quality of life but mine as well.

Best part of my childhood growing up kurnell was horse riding and swimming them at the beach . Its a kurnell tradition
