Arts and Culture is important to any society, but to have a small area that is practically devoted to such is not common. Keeping Kulturpark as is keeps a unique part of Augsburg accessible to all, residents and tourists both. I'm sure there are other properties that are no longer needed for anyone, or even perhaps unused areas to develop housing on instead. Please reconsider your plans for Kulturpark.

keep kulturpark alive as a home for arts and culture, flats can be elsewhere, tossing kulturpark means a loss of a great attraction in Augsburg

Why does profit and greed drive decisions. Art is every bit as important as a developer making millions off new housing...maybe more so.

keep the Kulturpark where it is! You can't impose culture and art from above. It has to find it's own home.
