KSHE 95 shaped the Midwest's perception of rock music from the day of it's inception. Though it may not be the trend-setter it once was, it definitely deserves to be mentioned in the Rock &Roll Hall of Fame as one of the seminal FM rock stations in this country. They were absolutely responsible for the sales of millions of albums by many of the bands represented in the hall and many that will be, or should be.

For all the reasons listed in the petition plus, KSHE may have been the first—and certainly was among the earliest—stations to celebrate each and every Thanksgiving with a noontime airing of Alice's Restaurant Massacree.

KSHE is the only station that I know, has been on the air at least 40-45 years with mostly same format!! People in various states know KSHE! I've been to R&R HOF 2x, & this Radio Station Icon, KSHE would be a great asset to the History this Museum is famous for! Thank You!
