This is a petition to either 1. Get kpop and delta muted in public chat or 2. get them banned. they do nothing but cause trouble, make big deals over small stuff, and be annoying and bother others. We tell them to stop but they continue going, and they've been banned like 5 times and still continue, and they need to stop.
