Kpma act is drocanian.It is viliates the right of the professionals in doctors and withdrawn in too immediately.Instead govt health budget should be increased as per who and give quality treatment for the citizens of the state specially poor people. Take strict action against currupt people in health department.

Don't jeopardize an effective system of health care. Govt is free to establish as many hospitals as required to give "ideal" Healthcare that it advocates to pvt establishments.

Illogical changes, response of each patient to treatment differs, hence cost prediction is not possible. Right to refuse treatment for a genuine reason cannot be denied. No extrajudicial methods to threaten doctors will be acceptable.
