You are against the constitutional right of doctors ...you are interfering in thw diagnosis and management if the pt ..you brought tge trade license for doctors. You brought the consumer act. We pay commercial tax for everything...now u want to fix fees can u measure the experience, the infrasturcture , the quality of care. You are intering in the doctor and patient relationship...go improve the condition of the Government hospitals..we invest and take loans to develop our hospital..are you not unconstitutional.
